WE ARE HIRING !SITE ENGINEER- Interior / Fitout Key Responsibilities* Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to interior fit-out and joinery works.* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.* Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications before execution.* Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project timelines.* Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.* Prepare daily site reports and update project progress regularly.* Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization at site.* Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions when required.* Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadline.* Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.Requirements* Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.* 3&ndash;4 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-out &amp; Joinery projects.* Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and finishing works.* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.* Good communication and coordination skills.To Apply: Send your CV to hr@jmjinteriors.comContact: +971 50 525 7736Work Location: In personPay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Operation Engineer &ndash; Interior &amp; Fit-outKey Responsibilities1. Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects2. Review drawings, BOQ, and project specifications prior to execution3. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors4. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, authority regulations, and client requirements5. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly work updates6. Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements for site execution7. Ensure timely procurement and delivery coordination with purchase and stores team8. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and workmanship standards9. Identify and resolve site-related technical issues promptly10. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for approvals and inspections11. Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on site12. Support preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation13. Monitor project timelines and assist in achieving project milestones within budgetRequirements1. Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Interior Design (or related field)2. 2&ndash;5 years experience in interior fit-out or construction industry3. Strong knowledge of interior systems (gypsum, joinery, MEP coordination, finishes)4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications5. Good communication and coordination skills6.
