Job Summary Join our dynamic yard crew as a Yard Crew Member and become a vital part of our outdoor maintenance team! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping, construction, and maintenance tasks to keep our outdoor spaces vibrant, safe, and well-maintained. Your hands-on work will contribute to beautiful landscapes, functional hardscapes, and healthy trees and gardens. Whether you're experienced in landscaping or eager to learn new skills, this role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow your expertise in outdoor maintenance and horticulture.Duties<ul><li>Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and gardening to ensure pristine outdoor spaces.</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as zero turn and walk behind mowers.</li><li>Support tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth.</li><li>Contribute to hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stonework, and maintaining pathways or patios.</li><li>Perform routine lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, and weed control.</li><li>Support general site maintenance such as fence repairs, debris removal, and equipment upkeep.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience with landscaping or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is highly valued.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of horticulture principles, lawn care techniques, or tree care practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.</li><li>Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions is essential.</li><li>Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you succeed in this energetic environment.</li></ul>Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Knoxville, TN 37917 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
