Job Summary
Join our dynamic yard crew as a Yard Crew Member and become a vital part of our outdoor maintenance team! Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and gardening to ensure pristine outdoor spaces.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as zero turn and walk behind mowers.
• Support tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth.
• Contribute to hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stonework, and maintaining pathways or patios.
• Perform routine lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, and weed control.
• Support general site maintenance such as fence repairs, debris removal, and equipment upkeep.

Experience

• Prior experience with landscaping or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is highly valued.
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles, lawn care techniques, or tree care practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions is essential.
• Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you succeed in this energetic environment.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
