 BEng/BSc/BTech Engineering Degree (Required)

 3 years&rsquo; asset care experience
 </li>

 Proficient with On Key CMMS
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to travel to various Afrimat sites.

 Have own vehicle and driver&rsquo;s license
 </li>

 Analysing and interpretation of information
 </li>

 Duties And Responsibilities (not Limited Not)
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute the rollout of maintenance management processes supported by On Key across business units, under the guidance of the project owner
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for configuration and set up of software to support business processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for on-site training and post-implementation support as part of roll-out to new BU&rsquo;s
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply a solid understanding of preventative maintenance principles to ensure system design supports reliability goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure maintenance process implemented adds operational benefit by improving equipment availability and reducing maintenance costs
 
 
 </li>

 GIT Electrical Engineer
 
 
 Afrimat is seeking the services of a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join the maintenance team for Afrimat Lichtenburg. The successful candidate will move between all maintenance functions and will report to the Electrical Engineer.
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualification / Requirements / Competencies
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Grade 12
 </li>
 <li>
 BSC Electrical Engineering Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid Driver&rsquo;s License
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing and fast learner with a self-driven attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 A good theoretical demonstration of Electrical Engineering principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive attitude to work in a Process Plant environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Theoretical demonstration of problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Electrical and electronic equipment and engineering principles in light to heavy current.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical knowledge required for in-depth Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Theoretical knowledge of process plant and electrical support.
 </li>

 Good interpersonal skills

 Complete GCC program
 </li>

 Form part of multiple continuous improvement projects across Afrimat.

 Assist in improving operational efficiency.

 Ensure fast tracking multiple continuous improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend site meetings to understand system requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement operational technologies to improve production measurements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Offer post implementation support to back-end maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding records of academic achievement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively &ndash; both verbally and in writing.
