Location: Rosslyn, Gauteng, South Africa

Eckraal Quarries, based in Rosslyn has a vacancy for a:

ADT Operator

(Fixed Term Contract)

Minimum Qualification / Experience / Skills

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid driver’s license
• Technical/Core Training: Valid ADT Competency Certificate
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role/ environment.
• Ability to distinguish between back up alarms, voices, and other normal sounds consistent with construction job sites
• Be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)

• Safe operation of ADT inside mining area
• Handling and / or moving of material
• Effectively communicate to all site personnel
• Daily pre-start inspections on ADT
• Keep machine clean
