This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives while working flexible hours that fit your schedule.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise children during camp activities, ensuring they are engaged, safe, and supported at all times</li><li>Implement age-appropriate games that promote childhood development, social skills, and creativity</li><li>Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to maintain a respectful environment</li><li>Communicate with parents and guardians regarding children's daily experiences</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, tutoring, babysitting, or camp programs is highly preferred</li><li>Skills in classroom management and behavior management strategies to foster a positive learning environment</li><li>Certifications in first aid and CPR are advantageous but not mandatory</li><li>Experience in sports coaching, theater arts, or Christian counseling adds value to your ability to engage diverse groups of children</li><li>Ability to work effectively with children of various ages and backgrounds, demonstrating patience and enthusiasm</li></ul>Join us in creating an exciting summer experience where every child feels valued and inspired!
