Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise children during camp activities, ensuring they are engaged, safe, and supported at all times
• Implement age-appropriate games that promote childhood development, social skills, and creativity
• Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to maintain a respectful environment
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding children's daily experiences

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, tutoring, babysitting, or camp programs is highly preferred
• Skills in classroom management and behavior management strategies to foster a positive learning environment
• Certifications in first aid and CPR are advantageous but not mandatory
• Experience in sports coaching, theater arts, or Christian counseling adds value to your ability to engage diverse groups of children
• Ability to work effectively with children of various ages and backgrounds, demonstrating patience and enthusiasm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
