Job Title: Lead CarpenterWe&rsquo;re looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day project execution. This role is ideal for someone with strong finish carpentry skills who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems in the field, and delivering polished work in residential remodeling.We&rsquo;re a small but growing company with steady year-round work. You can expect consistent schedules, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow with us.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Lead daily carpentry tasks including trim, doors, cabinetry installs, framing, and general remodeling</li><li>Support and guide apprentices or subs on-site</li><li>Interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction plans accurately.</li><li>Perform frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation with precision.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.</li><li>Read plans and collaborate with project managers for smooth execution</li><li>Help ensure jobsites are clean, safe, and ready for the next phase</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients and trades</li><li>Perform occasional light demo</li></ul>What Makes This Role Different<ul><li>Guaranteed 40 hours weekly</li><li>Year-round work</li><li>Paid holidays + PTO</li><li>Supportive leadership and a tight-knit environment</li><li>Clear growth path as we build our in-house carpentry team</li></ul>ToolsYou&rsquo;ll bring your own standard tool set of basic hand and power tools.
