 Job Summary
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator with a minimum of 8 years of proven experience to manage and oversee all corporate travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-versed in coordinating complex travel itineraries while ensuring compliance with company policies and cost efficiency. Prior experience working in fast-paced, multinational environments is highly preferred.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, and travel insurance
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate domestic and international travel for executives, management, and employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all travel bookings comply with company travel policies and budgets
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to secure competitive rates
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate travel records, reports, and invoices for auditing and reconciliation
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on visa requirements, travel regulations, and UAE travel policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the main point of contact for all travel-related inquiries
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Administration teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a high level of service and confidentiality at all times
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 6-8 years of solid experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar travel management role
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree graduate in a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Currently based in Dubai (mandatory)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of corporate travel management, airline systems, and global booking platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth understanding of visa processes, especially UAE and international travel
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple travel requests under tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office and travel booking systems
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
 </li>
 </ul>
