Travel Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator with a minimum of 8 years of proven experience to manage and oversee all corporate travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-versed in coordinating complex travel itineraries while ensuring compliance with company policies and cost efficiency. Prior experience working in fast-paced, multinational environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, and travel insurance
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for executives, management, and employees
  • Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements efficiently
  • Ensure all travel bookings comply with company travel policies and budgets
  • Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to secure competitive rates
  • Maintain accurate travel records, reports, and invoices for auditing and reconciliation
  • Stay updated on visa requirements, travel regulations, and UAE travel policies
  • Act as the main point of contact for all travel-related inquiries
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Administration teams
  • Ensure a high level of service and confidentiality at all times


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of solid experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar travel management role
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate in a related field
  • Currently based in Dubai (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel management, airline systems, and global booking platforms
  • In-depth understanding of visa processes, especially UAE and international travel
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple travel requests under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and travel booking systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

  • Experience working with senior executives
  • Background in corporate, hospitality, or travel management companies
  • Knowledge of cost-control and travel budgeting
