Cruise Travel Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Cruise Travel Executive with strong sales and customer service skills to advise clients on cruise holidays, manage bookings, and deliver personalized travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and advise on international cruise products and itineraries
• Create tailor-made cruise packages, including flights and hotels
• Handle bookings, amendments, and documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with Arabic-speaking clients
• Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience as a Travel Executive (cruise experience required)
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Knowledge of cruise lines and destinations
• UAE or GCC market experience is an advantage
