As part of our team, you are expected to deliver care at the highest level.⸻Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced pelvic floor physical therapist to provide in-home treatment for a female patient in her mid-80s presenting with urinary incontinence. The patient is mobile and requires consistent, skilled care 2&ndash;3 times per week.⸻Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver comprehensive pelvic floor physical therapy focused on female urinary incontinence</li><li>Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>Implement hands-on treatment, neuromuscular re-education, and functional retraining</li><li>Provide patient education and caregiver guidance as needed</li><li>Maintain clear, concise documentation after each session</li><li>Communicate progress, challenges, and updates in a weekly check-in with the principal clinician</li></ul>⸻Qualifications<ul><li>Licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) in New York State, in good standing</li><li>Extensive experience in pelvic floor therapy for female incontinence</li><li>Experience treating geriatric populations strongly preferred</li><li>Strong clinical reasoning and ability to adapt care to an older adult population</li><li>Professional, punctual, and reliable with excellent bedside manner</li></ul>⸻Requirements<ul><li>Must carry active liability and malpractice insurance</li><li>Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to Kings Point, Nassau County</li><li>Must be able to commit to 2&ndash;3 consistent visits per week</li><li>Comfortable working in a private home setting within a concierge model</li><li>High level of accountability and communication</li></ul>⸻What We ExpectThis is not a standard outpatient role.
