 Animator
 
 who can bring our characters, environments, and user interface elements to life with smooth, engaging animations. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with artists, developers, and product teams to make sure our games are visually stunning and fun to play.  Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create high-quality 2D animations for game assets, characters, and user interface elements using
 
 Spine and Unity
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Animate simple
 
 3D objects
 
 in Unity and coordinate with the Technical Artist for proper model preparation and layer separation
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with 2D Artists to prepare and structure assets (layer separation and setup) required for animation production
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate animations into
 
 Unity
 
 and collaborate closely with technical artists and developers
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the art and product teams to ensure animations enhance gameplay and overall player experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the animation pipeline by optimizing assets for performance and quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Share ideas to push our game&rsquo;s animations further and review existing work to ensure continuous improvement
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 3 years of professional experience
 
 as a 2D Animator in games (mobile preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 Spine
 
 and moderate knowledge of
 
 Unity
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash &amp; stretch, anticipation, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to deliver clean, optimized, game-ready animations
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player mindset with strong communication skills
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Background in 2D
 
 VFX
 
 (Unity particle systems, shaders, FX animation)
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on work on casual or stylized mobile games
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of game pipelines and performance optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leveraging
 
 AI tools and models
 
 to speed up and enhance animation production
 </li>
