Agency Group is hiring Security Officers for a professional administrative office environment in Beaver County.We currently have one full-time position and one part-time position available. Officers assigned to this post help maintain a safe and professional environment for employees and visitors while providing a visible security presence inside a public-facing office.This is a stable weekday daytime assignment with consistent hours and no overnight shifts.Pay$16.50 &ndash; $18.00 per hour Pay based on experience.Professional office environment &mdash; not a retail environment.Schedule Full-Time Position<ul><li>Monday &ndash; Friday</li><li>6:45 AM &ndash; 5:15 PM shift</li><li>30-minute unpaid lunch</li><li>No nights or weekends</li></ul>Part-Time Position<ul><li>Coverage for scheduled days off, vacations, and additional shifts</li><li>Weekday daytime hours</li><li>Additional hours if willing to work in greater Pittsburgh area</li></ul>The facility is closed on Federal holidays, so guards generally do not work holidays unless special coverage is required.Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain a visible security presence at the facility entrance</li><li>Monitor visitor access and activity within the building</li><li>Conduct routine interior foot patrols of the facility</li><li>Respond to disturbances and assist with conflict de-escalation</li><li>Enforce facility policies and visitor procedures</li><li>Report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or unusual incidents</li><li>Assist staff with safety concerns and parking escorts when requested</li><li>Maintain communication with office personnel</li><li>Complete daily shift and incident reports</li></ul>Officers assigned to this position play an important role in protecting employees, visitors, and property while maintaining a professional and orderly environment.Minimum RequirementsApplicants must meet the following requirements:<ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li><li>Must possess a high school diploma or GED</li><li>Must be a U.S. citizen</li><li>Must successfully pass a criminal background check</li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li></ul>Additional preferred qualifications:<ul><li>Prior security, law enforcement, military, or corrections experience</li><li>Professional demeanor and strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations</li><li>Reliable transportation and strong attendance</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods</li></ul>First Aid / CPR / AED certification preferred (or ability to obtain).About Agency GroupAgency Group is a professional security firm providing services to corporate, residential, and institutional clients throughout the region.
