Premiere Pro/Final Cut + After Effects. 40 hrs/week, remote.Apply here: https://bit.ly/Ads-Editor-Intake-FormResponsibilities:Creative Production <ul><li>Edit short-form video ads (15&ndash;60 sec) for Facebook &amp; Instagram (Feed, Reels, Stories)</li><li>Edit 15&ndash;20+ ad variations per week &mdash; hook swaps, body edits, CTA changes, format remixes</li><li>Work with raw footage (talking head, testimonials, screen recordings, UGC-style) and turn it into scroll-stopping ads</li><li>Apply motion graphics, text overlays, captions, transitions, and sound design</li><li>Maintain and organize a library of raw assets, templates, and project files</li></ul>Process &amp; Communication <ul><li>Follow creative briefs and naming conventions precisely</li><li>Deliver organized files with correct specs, naming, and formats per platform</li><li>Communicate proactively on capacity, blockers, and timelines</li><li>Participate in weekly creative review meetings</li><li>Document and maintain SOPs for recurring editing workflows</li></ul>Qualifications:Must-Have:<ul><li>3+ years editing short-form video (not just organic/social content)</li><li>Proven track record with direct-response advertising &mdash; hooks, pattern interrupts, CTAs, and what makes people stop scrolling</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, plus After Effects or equivalent for motion graphics</li><li>Strong understanding of Meta ad formats &mdash; Feed, Stories, Reels &mdash; and their specs and best practices</li><li>Experience with high-volume creative production &mdash; comfortable producing 15&ndash;20+ variations per week</li><li>Portfolio of paid ad work with performance data (CTR, conversions, spend) &mdash; not just &ldquo;pretty&rdquo; videos</li><li>Clean caption/subtitle styling &mdash; readable, on-brand text overlays and captions</li><li>Sound design basics &mdash; music selection, audio leveling, SFX for emphasis</li><li>Self-managed &mdash; can take a brief and run with minimal hand-holding</li></ul>Preferred/ Nice-to-Have:<ul><li>Experience in the coaching, education, or info-product space</li><li>Familiarity with UGC-style ad formats and &ldquo;native&rdquo; creative that blends into social feeds</li><li>Knowledge of A/B testing creative elements (hooks, thumbnails, CTAs)</li><li>Experience with AI tools for video editing efficiency</li></ul>Apply here: https://bit.ly/Ads-Editor-Intake-FormWork Location: Remote
