<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across global markets.</li><li>Conduct 30+ candidate interviews per week (5&ndash;6 hours/day).</li><li>Evaluate candidates across both core/established technologies (Java, .NET, Python, C/C++, cloud platforms, databases) and emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, DevOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.) following our Playbook and supportive documentation.</li><li>Actively source and engage top tech talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.</li><li>Build and maintain large candidate pipelines for recurring roles.</li><li>Deliver a world-class candidate experience in every interaction.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers and Talent Ops to align on technical priorities.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Fluency in English, written and spoken (near-native).</li><li>5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on technical and high-volume global recruitment.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract
