Our textile denim fabric company client is looking for &quot;Biomass Project Lead (Executive)&quot; required with the following job role in their CVS.Domains: Denim Fabric and TextileKey Responsibilities:&middot; Lead the technical execution of the biomass pyrolysis pilot: design, commissioning support, troubleshooting and ramp-up to steady operation.&middot; Translate lab/analytical results into process modifications and scale-up plans (feedstock prep, reactor parameters, catalyst selection).&middot; Execute catalyst screening and product upgrading trials and manage laboratory/analytical workflows (GC/GC-MS, SEM, BET, XRD outputs for decision making).&middot; Define and monitor KPIs (bio-oil yield &amp; quality, gas yields, energy efficiency, mass balance, OPEX per unit product).&middot; Vendor &amp; contractor management: equipment procurement, installation oversight, and performance acceptance testing.&middot; Budget stewardship for pilot activities and CAPEX/ OPEX forecasting for scale-up phases.&middot; Ensure compliance with HSE and environmental permits; embed risk controls and SOPs.&middot; Prepare clear technical reports, present results to leadership, and draft roadmaps for commercial scale-up.&middot; Mentor/train a small technical team or external contractors on process procedures and test protocols.Minimum qualifications &amp; experience:&middot; Bachelors or Masters in (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science) or equivalent.&middot; 3&ndash;8 years relevant experience (range flexible by level): demonstrated exposure to biomass pyrolysis, co-pyrolysis, catalytic upgrading or process chemistry at lab &rarr; pilot scale.&middot; Hands-on familiarity with analytical &amp; characterization methods and reactor operation (experience with GC/GC-MS, SEM, BET, XRD strongly preferred).&middot; Proven ability to convert R&amp;D outputs into operating procedures and pilot-scale deliverables (bench &rarr; pilot scale).&middot; Project management skills: planning, stakeholder management, and budget control.&middot; Strong technical report writing and presentation skills; English proficiency for technical documentation.&middot; On-site availability for commissioning &amp; testing phases.&middot; Prior industry experience in biomass valorization, co-pyrolysis with plastics, or catalyst-driven upgrading.&middot; Experience with reactor design/operation and process optimization tools.Track record of publications or patents is a plus &mdash; but commercial scaling experience is weighted higher.Location:<ul><li>Karachi, Pakistan.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 15/08/2025
