We are inviting high-potential incumbent to join as &quot;Deputy Manager HR&quot; in the textile manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Run full PMS cycle including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and appraisals independently.</li><li>Set KPIs and train managers on performance coaching.</li><li>Handle PIPs and low performer exits as per policy.</li><li>Manage payroll, EOBI, SESSI, gratuity, and F&amp;F without supervision.</li><li>Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and handle inspections.</li><li>Draft and update HR policies and SOPs.</li><li>Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports for management.</li><li>Manage HRMS data and reports on /Oracle</li></ul>Experience: 6-8 yearsQualification: MBA - HRLocation: Landhi Industrial Area, KarachiNote: Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
