Deputy Manager - Human Resources

We are inviting high-potential incumbent to join as "Deputy Manager HR" in the textile manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run full PMS cycle including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and appraisals independently.
• Set KPIs and train managers on performance coaching.
• Handle PIPs and low performer exits as per policy.
• Manage payroll, EOBI, SESSI, gratuity, and F&F without supervision.
• Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and handle inspections.
• Draft and update HR policies and SOPs.
• Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports for management.
• Manage HRMS data and reports on /Oracle

Experience: 6-8 years

Qualification: MBA - HR

Location: Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi
