We are inviting high-potential incumbent to join as "Deputy Manager HR" in the textile manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run full PMS cycle including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and appraisals independently.
- Set KPIs and train managers on performance coaching.
- Handle PIPs and low performer exits as per policy.
- Manage payroll, EOBI, SESSI, gratuity, and F&F without supervision.
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and handle inspections.
- Draft and update HR policies and SOPs.
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports for management.
- Manage HRMS data and reports on /Oracle
Experience: 6-8 years
Qualification: MBA - HR
