Nurse Practitioner &ndash; Geriatric Home-Based Primary CareBangor, Maine Area | Flexible Schedule | Growth-Oriented RoleLocation: Greater Bangor, Maine (home visits + optional telehealth) Schedule: Flexible (part-time or full-time)About the RoleWe are a small, independent home-based primary care practice serving older adults in the Bangor area.We&rsquo;re looking for a Nurse Practitioner who values time with patients, clinical autonomy, and relationship-based care&mdash;and who is interested in helping shape a growing practice in a meaningful way.This is not a high-volume clinic role.
