Job Summary We are seeking a skilled, experienced and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly.</li><li>Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.</li><li>Serving food at the bar and surrounding tables.</li><li>A positive attitude and willingness to work as a Team member.</li><li>Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive guest experience.</li><li>Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus.</li><li>Ability to handle food safely in accordance with health regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in Toast POS is beneficial but not required.</li></ul>Join our team as a Bartender where your creativity and dedication will contribute to memorable experiences for our guests!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $6.00 - $10.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Brunswick, GA 31525 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Brunswick, GA 31525: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
