Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, experienced and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Serving food at the bar and surrounding tables.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as a Team member.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive guest experience.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus.
• Ability to handle food safely in accordance with health regulations.
• Proficiency in Toast POS is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $6.00 - $10.00 per hour
