Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server & Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server and/or Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hospitality.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently.

Experience

• Strong knowledge of basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously in a busy environment.
• A commitment to upholding food safety standards is essential.
• A background in hospitality is advantageous, emphasizing the importance of customer satisfaction.

• Bartending: 2 years (Required)
