Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with enthusiasm to ensure a positive dining experience
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently to process orders and cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Develop creative beverage recipes and suggest pairings to enhance guest enjoyment while promoting sales opportunities
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any guest concerns promptly
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs, monitoring guest consumption, and preventing over-serving
• Assist in food handling, catering events, banquet services, or special functions as needed to support overall restaurant operations

Experience

• Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or upscale venues
• Demonstrated expertise with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally
• Experience working in hospitality environments that require multitasking under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing accuracy

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
