Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and personable Server / Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills, beverage knowledge, and passion for hospitality in a lively environment that celebrates craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with enthusiasm to ensure a positive dining experience</li><li>Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently to process orders and cash transactions accurately</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards</li><li>Develop creative beverage recipes and suggest pairings to enhance guest enjoyment while promoting sales opportunities</li><li>Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any guest concerns promptly</li><li>Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs, monitoring guest consumption, and preventing over-serving</li><li>Assist in food handling, catering events, banquet services, or special functions as needed to support overall restaurant operations</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or upscale venues</li><li>Demonstrated expertise with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently</li><li>Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development</li><li>Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally</li><li>Experience working in hospitality environments that require multitasking under pressure while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing accuracy</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere!
