Overview:AGM Transport Inc. is a growing asset-based trucking company operating 120+ trucks nationwide. We are looking for a hands-on Recruiting Manager to lead and scale our driver and corporate recruiting efforts.This role is responsible for building a high-performing recruiting pipeline, managing recruiters, and driving hiring performance through data, systems, and process improvements.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage driver recruiting team and daily pipeline</li><li>Oversee all hiring for CDL drivers and corporate roles</li><li>Optimize recruiting funnels (Tenstreet, job boards, digital lead sources)</li><li>Track and improve KPIs including cost per hire, time to hire, and conversion rates</li><li>Work with marketing/vendors to generate driver leads (ads, campaigns, automation)</li><li>Improve onboarding and orientation show rates</li><li>Build reporting dashboards and weekly hiring performance reviews</li><li>Partner with operations to ensure hiring aligns with fleet needs</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of recruiting experience in trucking/logistics (driver recruiting required)</li><li>Experience with Tenstreet or similar ATS systems</li><li>Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management</li><li>Experience managing recruiters or hiring teams</li><li>Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Base salary + performance bonus tied to hires and KPIs</li><li>Full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)</li></ul>Join us as a Recruiting Manager &ndash; Trucking &amp; Logistics to make a tangible impact on our growth by attracting top-tier talent.
