Recruiting Manager – Trucking & Logistics

Overview:

AGM Transport Inc. is a growing asset-based trucking company operating 120+ trucks nationwide. We are looking for a hands-on Recruiting Manager to lead and scale our driver and corporate recruiting efforts.

This role is responsible for building a high-performing recruiting pipeline, managing recruiters, and driving hiring performance through data, systems, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage driver recruiting team and daily pipeline
• Oversee all hiring for CDL drivers and corporate roles
• Optimize recruiting funnels (Tenstreet, job boards, digital lead sources)
• Track and improve KPIs including cost per hire, time to hire, and conversion rates
• Work with marketing/vendors to generate driver leads (ads, campaigns, automation)
• Improve onboarding and orientation show rates
• Build reporting dashboards and weekly hiring performance reviews
• Partner with operations to ensure hiring aligns with fleet needs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in trucking/logistics (driver recruiting required)
• Experience with Tenstreet or similar ATS systems
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management
• Experience managing recruiters or hiring teams
• Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented

• Base salary + performance bonus tied to hires and KPIs

Pay: $90,000.00 - $156,000.00 per year
