This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional passionate about making a positive impact in healthcare.Duties<ul><li>Identify and engage prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including B2B (business-to-business) outreach and community networking.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities to showcase our home health solutions.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and service agreements that meet client needs while aligning with company policies.</li><li>Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored care plans and educational materials that highlight the benefits of our services.</li><li>Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships.</li><li>Proven experience in account management and outside sales within the healthcare or medical sales industry.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits and address client questions or concerns.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical sales presentations.</li><li>Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, scheduling visits, and tracking progress efficiently.</li><li>Analytical skills to assess market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations, and Excel for data analysis.</li><li>Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical device sales is a plus but not required; a strong customer service orientation is essential.
