Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Health Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in the home health care sector. Duties
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including B2B (business-to-business) outreach and community networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities to showcase our home health solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements that meet client needs while aligning with company policies.
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored care plans and educational materials that highlight the benefits of our services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
- Proven experience in account management and outside sales within the healthcare or medical sales industry.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits and address client questions or concerns.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations, and Excel for data analysis.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical device sales is a plus but not required; a strong customer service orientation is essential.
