USA, and every position has meaning and value.</li></ul>The PositionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Poultry Technical Representative to join our growing U.S. team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial poultry industry, established relationships with integrators, and a deep understanding of poultry production systems and animal nutrition. This individual will represent Agranco&rsquo;s product line, including Avaplex&reg; and Nutriplex-W&trade; building trusted partnerships with customers and driving sales growth across assigned territories.Visit our website to learn more about the products: www.agranco.com / www.betterflock.com.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and manage relationships with commercial poultry integrators, nutritionists, veterinarians, and producers.</li><li>Promote Agranco&rsquo;s portfolio of natural feed additive solutions for performance optimization and immune support.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver technical presentations.</li><li>Execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed growth and profitability goals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market expansion.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and customer records in the CRM system.</li><li>Represent Agranco at trade shows, producer meetings, and industry events.</li><li>Provide feedback from the field to inform marketing strategies and product development initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial poultry industry, preferably in sales or technical service.</li><li>Strong understanding of poultry production systems, health management, and feed programs.</li><li>Proven success managing relationships with integrators and key poultry accounts.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 60% across assigned territories.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agribusiness, or a related field preferred.</li></ul>Who Should Apply?
