The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Poultry Technical Representative to join our growing U.S. team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial poultry industry, established relationships with integrators, and a deep understanding of poultry production systems and animal nutrition. This individual will represent Agranco’s product line, including Avaplex® and Nutriplex-W™ building trusted partnerships with customers and driving sales growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with commercial poultry integrators, nutritionists, veterinarians, and producers.
  • Promote Agranco’s portfolio of natural feed additive solutions for performance optimization and immune support.
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver technical presentations.
  • Execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed growth and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market expansion.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and customer records in the CRM system.
  • Represent Agranco at trade shows, producer meetings, and industry events.
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform marketing strategies and product development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial poultry industry, preferably in sales or technical service.
  • Strong understanding of poultry production systems, health management, and feed programs.
  • Proven success managing relationships with integrators and key poultry accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% across assigned territories.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agribusiness, or a related field preferred.
