Your Next Mission</b></h3><div>
Step into a fast-moving, hands-on Custom ApplicatorOperations role that helps local growers hit their goals when timing matters most. Based out of Murray, you'll operate and support modern application equipment and keep operations running safely and smoothly during the season.<br>
<br>
Key responsibilities include:<br>
<ul><li>Run and monitor application equipment (including John Deere sprayers/spreaders)</li><li>Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily pre/post-operation checks</li><li>Load, unload, and handle materials while following safety and stewardship practices</li><li>Work closely with teammates and serve customers with a can-do, professional attitude</li></ul><br>
What you'll bring:<br>
<ul><li>Mechanical aptitude and comfort working outdoors</li><li>Valid driver's license (CDL training/endorsements provided)</li><li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical work</li><li>Strong work ethic, self-starter mindset, and teamwork/customer service skills</li></ul><br>

<div><p><b>AGRILAND FS is looking for a well-organized, customer focused Administrative Assistant. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to billing, customer service, and assisting with inventory control.<br>
</b></p><br>
<p>Core Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Communicate with customers via phone and in person to answer questions, resolve concerns, and direct requests</li><li>
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for the facility, including billing and inventory</li><li>
Assist in taking and reconciling physical inventory of the office and location</li><li>
Control and manage cash for the location</li><li>
Assist with customer orders and help sales and operations connect with customers</li><li>
Establish and maintain the professional image of the office</li></ul><p><br>
What we need from you:</p><ul><li>
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and multi-task in a steady to fast-paced environment</li><li>
Sound business skills, including previous bookkeeping experience</li><li>
Excellent math, written, and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word</li><li>
Proven capability to learn proprietary software</li><li>
Outstanding customer service</li><li>
Ability to work Saturdays on a flexible schedule</li><li>
Ability to work overtime as necessary</li></ul><p><br>
