Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, analytical, and growth-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance Agronic Food&rsquo;s online presence. The candidate will execute digital strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth across key digital channels.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.</li><li>Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) including content planning, posting, and performance tracking.</li><li>Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic.</li><li>Handle website content updates, landing pages, and e-commerce listings (Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces).</li><li>Run paid advertising campaigns&mdash;optimizing for ROAS and lowering acquisition costs.</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Dashboard, and other tools; prepare monthly performance reports.</li><li>Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives, graphics, and video content.</li><li>Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and remarketing campaigns.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Support brand-building, product launches, and online reputation management.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of proven experience in digital marketing (FMCG/organic food industry preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.</li><li>Good knowledge of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.</li><li>Experience in marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a fast-growing global organic brand.</li><li>Dynamic and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Exposure to international markets and digital marketing innovations.</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
