Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and growth-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance Agronic Food’s online presence. The candidate will execute digital strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth across key digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) including content planning, posting, and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
- Handle website content updates, landing pages, and e-commerce listings (Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces).
- Run paid advertising campaigns—optimizing for ROAS and lowering acquisition costs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Dashboard, and other tools; prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives, graphics, and video content.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to identify new opportunities.
- Support brand-building, product launches, and online reputation management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing (FMCG/organic food industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
- Good knowledge of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.
- Experience in marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
