Lead and oversee the different teams in the management &amp; conduct of the Sourcing, Purchasing and Logistics operations/activities in accordance with the Company Standards, Policies and Procedures in order to ensure the continuous provision of the Business requirements for our day to day operations.</p>

Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Ensure the Export &amp; Logistics&rsquo; operational activities are conducted in line with the Company&rsquo;s Standards, Policies, and Procedures in order to maintain the timely receiving, shipping and distribution of all Company materials and product units to the right parties.</li>
<li>Ensure the evaluation of all new and existing Vendors&rsquo; performance in line with the Company&rsquo;s requirements in order to maintain the consistent provision of quality goods and services at the right place and at the right price.</li>
<li>Build, manage and motivate the Purchasing &amp; Sourcing staff towards Team development and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and harmony.</li>
<li>Oversee and support our purchasing staff</li>
<li>Implementation of Purchasing &amp; Sourcing Strategies, Policies and Procedures to ensure the provision of a clear and common framework and direction for all P&amp;S related services and activities.</li>
<li>Its efficient communication, implementation, and control in order to maximize the effectiveness of the function.</li>

<ul><li>The manufacturing Industry but with working knowledge on the technical specifications and components of HVAC products is an advantage.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Bachelor /Master&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineer.</li>
<li>A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience at Supply Chain, Materials Management or Logistics in a Manufacturing firm.</li></ul></div></div>

Purchasing Manager

<p>
This position will be responsible for executing daily import / export operations in the Country regions, including trouble-shooting and root cause analysis for any issues impacting the efficient movement of goods across international borders. Will ensure adherence to all international export laws and regulations as it relates to the importation and exportation of goods and technology.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Tasks &amp; Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Work closely with the global product classification team as it relates to the request &amp; receipt Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes, Schedule B codes, ECCN or other codes &amp; schedules.</li>
<li>Work closely with manufacturing and services locations to develop, train &amp; deploy the origin logistics model &ndash; ensuring all export &amp; import requirements are accurately documented before equipment process shifting</li>
<li>Support the region (internal locations &amp; external suppliers) with establishing standard requirements for shipment documentation, both import &amp; export. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data with customs brokers.</li>
<li>Resolve transactional issues relating to the clearance of shipped goods by working daily with brokers and other related logistics providers.</li>
<li>Resolve daily inquiries regarding export shipments and inbound import &ldquo;green-light&rdquo; approval. Help to prepare export &amp; import documentation when necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure adequate document retention within the region to support compliance with government agencies and international trade regulations. When necessary, assist legal counsel, logistics and sales.</li>
<li>The candidate should have strong data skills (IT, Metrics, KPI driven) with customs brokerage operational experience (office) along with invoicing skills.</li>
<li>Monitor and track critical shipments and resolve problems when necessary.</li>
<li>Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers and vendor queries.</li>

<li>Membership in professional organizations, trade or user groups, and a pattern of regular attendance at industry conferences to enhance knowledge of trade compliance is preferred.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in international trade, international business, logistics or other related fields.</li>
