Providing menus and answering any questions that guests may have about the menu.</div><div>
Escorting guests to their table and presenting them with menus.</div><div>
Making recommendations on food and drink options.</div><div>
Ensuring that tables are properly set up and that the dining area is clean and tidy.</div><div>
Handling guest complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.</div><div>
Coordinating with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service.</div><div>
Assisting with other tasks as needed, including answering phones and taking orders.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements</b></div><div>
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.</div><div>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.</div><div>
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanour.</div><div>
Knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations.</div><div>
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.</div><div>
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.</div><div>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure.</div><div>
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</div></div>
