We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online advertising and SEO efforts.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram), and SEO channels.</li><li>Develop integrated digital strategies to meet growth and sales targets.</li><li>Manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and maximize ROI.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, content planning, and competitor analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to align marketing initiatives.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.</li></ul>Required ExpertiseGoogle Ads<ul><li>Expertise in Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.</li><li>Strong skills in keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.</li><li>Proficient with GTM and GA4 for conversion tracking.</li><li>Hands-on experience with bidding strategies (Target CPA, ROAS, Maximize Conversions).</li><li>Skilled in A/B testing, remarketing, and dynamic ad campaigns.</li><li>Experience using SEMrush, SpyFu, or SimilarWeb for market insights.</li></ul>Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram)<ul><li>Skilled in campaign setup across all funnel stages &mdash; awareness to conversion.</li><li>Strong understanding of custom &amp; lookalike audiences and interest targeting.</li><li>Proficient in Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI).</li><li>Creative with ad visuals, copywriting, and storytelling.</li><li>Experience in retargeting, A/B testing, and scaling budgets.</li><li>Proven track record in achieving high ROAS and lead generation.</li></ul>SEO<ul><li>On-Page SEO: Meta tags, internal linking, and keyword optimization.</li><li>Local SEO: GMB optimization, local citations, and map ranking.</li><li>Off-Page SEO: Link building, guest posting, and outreach.</li><li>Technical SEO: Site audits, schema markup, and index management.</li><li>Content Strategy: SEO-driven content planning using tools like SurferSEO or Clearscope.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Experience in tourism or hospitality marketing is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and time-management skills.</li><li>1 year of experience in the field with a proven track record of results is preferred.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Visa and insurance provided by the company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please share your portfolio or examples of your previous work.</li></ul>
