About Us

City Smart Adventure is one of Dubai’s leading tourism companies, specializing in desert safaris and city tours across the UAE. We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online advertising and SEO efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and SEO channels.
  • Develop integrated digital strategies to meet growth and sales targets.
  • Manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, content planning, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Expertise

Google Ads

  • Expertise in Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
  • Strong skills in keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
  • Proficient with GTM and GA4 for conversion tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with bidding strategies (Target CPA, ROAS, Maximize Conversions).
  • Skilled in A/B testing, remarketing, and dynamic ad campaigns.
  • Experience using SEMrush, SpyFu, or SimilarWeb for market insights.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Skilled in campaign setup across all funnel stages — awareness to conversion.
  • Strong understanding of custom & lookalike audiences and interest targeting.
  • Proficient in Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI).
  • Creative with ad visuals, copywriting, and storytelling.
  • Experience in retargeting, A/B testing, and scaling budgets.
  • Proven track record in achieving high ROAS and lead generation.

SEO

  • On-Page SEO: Meta tags, internal linking, and keyword optimization.
  • Local SEO: GMB optimization, local citations, and map ranking.
  • Off-Page SEO: Link building, guest posting, and outreach.
  • Technical SEO: Site audits, schema markup, and index management.
  • Content Strategy: SEO-driven content planning using tools like SurferSEO or Clearscope.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience in tourism or hospitality marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • 1 year of experience in the field with a proven track record of results is preferred.

  • Competitive salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
