Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Design & Marketing Coordinator to join our Lighting Division. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in digital marketing, content creation, and brand promotion, with strong communication skills to engage both online audiences and industry consultants. This role is split between digital marketing/lead generation and consultant-facing activities, with additional support for lighting design when required.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation (Primary Focus)
- Manage company presence across all digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Consistently create and schedule engaging posts, reels, shorts, and videos about lighting content.
- Develop campaigns to generate leads online and build brand awareness.
- Handle SEO, website updates, and web content development to optimize visibility.
- Design professional marketing materials (presentations, brochures, catalogs, product sheets) using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint.
- Edit videos for product launches, client presentations, and social media promotions.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
2. Consultant & Client Engagement (Secondary Focus)
- Visit consultants, contractors, and interior designers to introduce and promote our lighting brands.
- Collect and maintain updated contact lists of consultants and decision-makers.
- Ensure company brands are registered/listed with consultant offices for future project opportunities.
- Gather project information, identify potential leads, and follow up through email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Support the sales and design team by presenting marketing materials during meetings.
3. Design & Technical Support (Preferred Skills – Occasional)
- Assist in preparing lighting layouts using AutoCAD.
- Support lighting calculations using DIALux or Relux where applicable.
- Provide design visuals or conceptual presentations to complement marketing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- UAE Driving License: Required (must be valid).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English spoken & written – mandatory).
- Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Social media management and content creation (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- SEO and web content optimization.
- Video editing and reel/short-form content production.
- Graphic design with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of lighting products, applications, and trends.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, DIALux, Relux (for lighting design support).
- Additional languages: Malayalam, Hindi, or Arabic.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
