About the Role:

The Coffee Quality and Sales Coordinator works closely with the Client Relationship Manager to ensure customer satisfaction, maximize sales, and strengthen our client partnerships.
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients including cafés, restaurants, and other businesses that share our love for exceptional coffee.
This role beautifully bridges quality control, customer experience, and business growth, making it ideal for someone who values both excellence and relationships.
Scope of Work:
Client & Partner Relations
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Track orders and shipments to ensure smooth fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Provide hands-on support during coffee tastings and training sessions, assisting with brewing techniques, quality checks, and coffee selection.
- Coordinate with the Cypher Academy Team to arrange workshops or training sessions for clients.
- Work closely with the Client Relationship Manager to implement growth strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify new customers and business opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to pursue them.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for the Team Lead, highlighting key metrics, performance insights, and trends.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and emerging trends in your assigned territory.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
- Represent Cypher Roastery professionally during client visits, events, and tastings.
Quality Control & Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with the Quality Control Team to ensure coffee standards are consistently met at client locations.
- Collaborate with internal departments ; including production, logistics, finance, and marketing ; to ensure orders are processed, payments completed, and any issues resolved efficiently.
- Provide product feedback and quality insights to improve our offerings and service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and diversity.
- Coffee experience is a plus, passion and curiosity are highly valued.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
- Driving license Required

- Work hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (two days off per week; flexibility required when needed)
- Salary: From AED 3,500- 4,000 per month
- Air Ticket: Provided upon completion of every 2-year contract
