Digital & CRM Specialist (with Webmaster Scope)

We are now seeking a Digital & CRM Lead (including WebMaster) to join our Marketing team.

As the Digital & CRM Lead you are the architect of HA Heritage’s digital infrastructure — ensuring every online interaction reflects precision, performance, and personalization.

You’ll manage the CRM, marketing automation, and loyalty platform integration, while overseeing technical operations of the HA Heritage website and “Prestige Circle” portal.

This role blends analytical rigor, automation expertise, and a keen sense of user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Implement and maintain CRM (HubSpot).
  • Build automation flows: welcome journeys, event invites, loyalty touchpoints.
  • Segment audiences for targeted communication.
  • Track and optimize lead-to-client conversion rates.

2. Website & Portal Management (Webmaster Function)

  • Manage HA Heritage website, landing pages, and loyalty portal. (Webflow, Hubspot Marketing Hub, Lovable)
  • Oversee performance, SEO, security, and hosting.
  • Implement analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console).
  • Ensure alignment between content, CRM, and brand updates.

3. Data & Performance

  • Build dashboards for KPIs: website traffic, campaign performance, conversion.
  • Manage form tracking, cookies, and data compliance (GDPR / UAE regulations).
  • Report insights to CMO for continuous optimization.

4. Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with Brand & Content Lead to deploy campaigns.
  • Support the Partnerships team with digital onboarding for loyalty benefits.
  • Liaise with web developers or agencies as needed for portal updates.

Profile

  • 4–7 years experience in digital marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
  • Strong technical knowledge (website management, integrations, analytics).
  • Understanding of UX, SEO, and data privacy.
  • Comfortable working in a premium/luxury or financial brand environment.
