Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview

Arabdeco is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in digital marketing while making a real impact on our online presence. You'll be responsible for managing our social media channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and on brand manner
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Website Management

  • Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Upload new products, services, blog posts, and promotional content
  • Conduct basic SEO optimization on web pages and blog content
  • Monitor website analytics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with web developers for technical updates when required
  • Ensure website content is mobile-friendly and user-centric

Email Marketing

  • Design, write, and execute email marketing campaigns using our email marketing platform (odoo)
  • Build and segment email lists to ensure targeted communication
  • Create compelling email content that drives engagement and conversions
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize campaign performance
  • Monitor email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide regular reports
  • Ensure all emails comply with data protection regulations and best practices

General Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on integrated campaigns
  • Assist with content creation including graphics, videos, and written copy
  • Support the development of marketing materials and promotional content
  • Contribute ideas for new marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels

Essential Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related role
  • Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts (personal projects or professional experience)
  • Basic understanding of content management systems (WordPress or similar)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Odoo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus)
  • Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and data analysis
  • Photography and/or videography skills
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics
  • Experience in the Fit-out/Architecture/Interior Design sector
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot
