Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s brand presence, drive qualified leads, and support the achievement of sales and business objectives. This role oversees all marketing, digital, and communications functions for a leading real estate developer, ensuring alignment between marketing campaigns, sales goals, and corporate vision. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in UAE real estate marketing, digital performance marketing, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads foroff-plan.
* Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns across digital, social media, outdoor, and event platforms.
* Collaborate closely with the sales department to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and optimize conversion rates.
* Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on advertising and promotional activities.
* Oversee the design, content, and production of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, digital ads, and property presentations.
* Direct digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, paid media, and social campaigns to drive online engagement and lead generation.
* Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
* Coordinate marketing activations, property launches, and participation in real estate exhibitions and networking events.
* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies proactively.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors.
* Implement data-driven marketing practices by tracking campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
* Support corporate communication initiatives including PR, investor relations content, and internal branding.
* Drive innovation by adopting new marketing technologies, automation tools, and creative approaches to enhance reach and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* 7–10 years of experience in marketing leadership, with at least 4–5 years in the UAE real estate or property development industry.
* Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
* Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM integration.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Creative thinker with analytical acumen and strong business sense.
* Experience managing large budgets and multiple marketing channels.
* Fluency in English required; bilingual preferred .
* Knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA advertising regulations, and local market dynamics preferred.
