How will you make an impact..

• Develop and execute account activity plans aligned with business unit strategy to achieve volume and margin targets.
• Deliver annual sales and P&L targets through effective customer business planning.
• Lead the implementation of commercial strategies with key retail partners.
• Own the annual agreement negotiation process with assigned retailers.
• Manage promotional budgets and ensure effective execution of trade agreements.
• Analyze customer performance and identify growth opportunities for Arla brands.
• Build compelling conceptual selling decks to position Arla as a category leader.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment.
• Support Area Sales Managers and Account Sales Managers to drive outlet-level execution.
• Develop joint customer category strategies and long-term partnerships.
• Ensure Arla is recognized as a preferred supplier and a driver of profitable growth.

What will make you successful

• Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience, including 2 years in account management.
• Proven experience in managing business development agreements.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and sales trends.
• Strategic thinker with a willingness to take calculated risks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
