Head of Sales

Job Summary:

The Head of Sales will lead and manage the sales operations for a leading real estate development company in Dubai. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and establishing strategic initiatives that strengthen the company’s market position. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in Dubai’s off-plan and ready property markets, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property sales specialists to deliver consistent performance and meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Oversee sales operations including lead management, client engagement, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Drive the development of effective sales processes and tools in coordination with marketing and CRM departments to maximize conversion rates.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that align with sales objectives.
  • Ensure effective management of client pipelines, sales forecasts, and reporting to senior management.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to promote brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Implement training and performance development programs to build a motivated and professional sales team.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role within the UAE property market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably within a developer sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build, train, and motivate a performance-driven team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, property trends, and client preferences.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual preferred
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
