About the Role

We are a dynamic and growing interior design and fit-out firm seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, a proven track record in sales within the interior design, fit-out, or construction sectors, and excellent client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and project deliverables.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to promote the company’s services.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in business development within the interior design or fit-out industry.
• Strong network of contacts across key sectors (commercial, hospitality, residential, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving license is a must.
