Design Sales Consultant – Flooring

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Design Sales Consultant with a background in interior design . The role involves building strong relationships with interior designers, consultants, and clients, presenting flooring solutions, and driving sales through design-focused presentations and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet interior designers, architects, and consultants to promote company flooring products.
• Present and submit product catalogues, samples, and technical details to design firms and clients.
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable flooring options based on design, functionality, and budget.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure conversion into sales.
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams for timely quotation, site visits, and material delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and new interior design developments.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and design discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in sales, preferably in flooring, interiors, or building materials.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong network within the interior design and architecture community.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in an outdoor sales role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
