About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and off-plan properties in Dubai.
• Generate and nurture leads through calls, emails, and client meetings.
• Conduct property viewings and virtual presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on Dubai property market trends to advise clients effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (real estate preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
