We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented, and ethical Real Estate Agent to join our high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property transaction process, from lead generation and client consultation to negotiation and closing, while adhering to all Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.

Sales, Leasing & Client Management:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively source new business through networking, cold calling, property listings, and social media marketing to build a robust client pipeline (buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords).
  • Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' specific needs, budget, and investment goals.
  • Property Sourcing & Showings: Efficiently identify suitable properties (off-plan and secondary market) and organize and conduct professional property viewings and virtual tours.
  • Offer Negotiation: Expertly negotiate purchase prices or rental terms to secure the best possible deal for your clients.

2. Market Expertise & Compliance:

  • Market Analysis: Maintain a deep and current knowledge of Dubai's property market, including emerging developments, pricing trends (rental and sales yields), and key community features.
  • RERA Compliance: Ensure all business activities, advertising, and documentation comply strictly with the rules and regulations set by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
  • Transaction Management: Guide clients through the entire transaction process, including preparing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), coordinating with banks, developers, and transfer offices, and ensuring a smooth closing.

3. Marketing & Administration:

  • Listing Management: Create high-quality, legally compliant property listings with professional photography and compelling descriptions for company website and property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).
  • CRM Management: Utilize the company's CRM system diligently to track leads, manage client communications, and update pipeline status accurately.
  • Branding: Act as an ambassador for Capstone Real Estate, maintaining a professional appearance and ethical conduct at all times.

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Must be RERA certified or willing to obtain RERA certification immediately upon joining.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment (Real Estate experience in the UAE is highly advantageous).
  • Language: Fluent in spoken and written English. Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Chinese, is a strong asset.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a persuasive and confident negotiation style.
  • Drive & Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly resilient with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Other: Valid UAE Driving License and own car is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
