Business Relations Specialist

As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Business Relations Associate , responsible to boost sales, develop new business areas, meet monthly targets by proactively responding to leads channel partners, creating a robust sales pipeline, forming strategic partnerships, and Onboard New Channel partners and Reactive Dormant and Inactive Channel partners.


Key Accountabilities:

  1. Achieve consistent high sales performance, meeting monthly GP targets, and effectively converting leads into sales and reactivating Dormant and Inactive channel partners.
  2. Manage channel partners accounts portfolios. Offer and advice on optimal business setups, and deliver excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction.
  3. Maintain and update the details in CRM system for efficient opportunity tracking and pipeline management.
  4. Ensure clear and timely support of the Channel Partners license applications, including gathering necessary documentation and explaining the application process.
  5. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the UAE business setup market, fostering credibility and acting as a valuable information source for clients.
  6. Build strong relationships with referral sources, pursue growth opportunities, and keep clients informed about application status and issues in collaboration with account managers and compliance teams.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned channel partners to ensure engagement, loyalty, and consistent performance.
  8. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and support needs.
  9. Provide guidance, training, and regular updates to partners on products, services, and policies.
  10. Support the onboarding of new channel partners by ensuring all documentation, agreements, and profiles are completed accurately.
  11. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, applications, and transactions.


To Join our team, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Competence in using CRM software.
  • Customer service skills and data management.
  • Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills for effective client interactions.
  • Effective organization skills and ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Relationship building & networking
  • Time Management & Organization


Language skills:

  • English.
  • Any second language is desirable.
