Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive telecom market growth through strategic partnerships in the real estate, property management, facility management, and developer sectors. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building strong business relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and establish partnerships with real estate, facility management, and developer networks.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to promote Etisalat services.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and enhance visibility.

Execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.

Coordinate with internal teams for partner onboarding and support.

Monitor and report on partnership performance and lead conversions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

3–5 years of experience in business development or sales (telecom, real estate, or B2B preferred).

Strong UAE market knowledge.

Excellent communication (English & Hindi), negotiation, and relationship skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.
