About the Role

Keeta is looking for a relationship-driven Key Account Manager to build and grow partnerships with some of the most prominent F&B groups and brands across the UAE. You will act as a trusted advisor to our strategic partners, driving their business success on Keeta while shaping the digital transformation of the region’s food delivery landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Keeta’s growth journey where you will manage high-value accounts, leading strategic projects, and delivering measurable impact.


What You’ll Do

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with strategic clients, including top F&B brands across the UAE. Engage and influence key decision-makers including C-level executives to strengthen collaboration and alignment.
  • Brand Performance Growth: Develop platform operation strategies aligned with brand objectives, ensuring mutual business growth. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to solve challenges and achieve shared goals.
  • Key Project Implementation: Lead high-impact projects such as new brand expansions, single-brand marketing campaigns, and promotional events that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Brand Strategy Innovation: Explore and implement new methods in digital marketing, event operations, and delivery business optimization by combining industry insights with Keeta’s platform value.
  • Business Strategy & Market Insight: Contribute to overall business strategy by identifying key opportunities, analyzing brand performance, and delivering actionable insights to enhance the customer and merchant experience.


What We Need From You

  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in key account management, business development, channel/vendor management, or external partnership roles.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense with the ability to understand partners’ operating and cost structures and make sound, data-driven decisions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to the F&B, retail, or food delivery industry is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Mindset: Open-minded, agile, and eager to explore new business models and deliver tangible results in dynamic environments.
  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic fluency is preferred. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
