Keeta is looking for a relationship-driven
Key Account Manager
to build and grow partnerships with some of the most prominent F&B groups and brands across the UAE. You will act as a trusted advisor to our strategic partners, driving their business success on Keeta while shaping the digital transformation of the region’s food delivery landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Keeta’s growth journey where you will manage high-value accounts, leading strategic projects, and delivering measurable impact.
What You’ll Do

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with strategic clients, including top F&B brands across the UAE. Engage and influence key decision-makers including C-level executives to strengthen collaboration and alignment.

Brand Performance Growth:
Develop platform operation strategies aligned with brand objectives, ensuring mutual business growth. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to solve challenges and achieve shared goals.

Key Project Implementation:
Lead high-impact projects such as new brand expansions, single-brand marketing campaigns, and promotional events that drive measurable business outcomes.

Brand Strategy Innovation:
Explore and implement new methods in digital marketing, event operations, and delivery business optimization by combining industry insights with Keeta’s platform value.

Business Strategy & Market Insight:
Contribute to overall business strategy by identifying key opportunities, analyzing brand performance, and delivering actionable insights to enhance the customer and merchant experience.
What We Need From You

Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience in key account management, business development, channel/vendor management, or external partnership roles.

Commercial Acumen:
Strong business sense with the ability to understand partners’ operating and cost structures and make sound, data-driven decisions.

Industry Knowledge:
Prior exposure to the F&B, retail, or food delivery industry is a plus.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.

Mindset:
Open-minded, agile, and eager to explore new business models and deliver tangible results in dynamic environments.

Language:
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic fluency is preferred. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
